The route to the hall is from the roundabout, following the sign for "Ojangon Koiraurheilukeskus". Please help keep Ojanko clean. Also, be aware of possible snakes in the area!

Rules

Dogs participating in the competition must be permanently identified, vaccinated in accordance with the regulations of the Finnish Kennel Club, and at least 18 months of age. Handlers must hold a valid Finnish Agility Association competition licence. All participants must comply with the current anti-doping regulations. Vaccination records may be checked on a spot-check basis.

In case of withdrawal, please notify us as soon as possible by email or phone, and no later than one week after the competition.

If a competitor cancels their entry without a valid reason for withdrawal, any sports vouchers or gift cards used for payment must be submitted to the event organizer (HSKH) afterwards.

We do not require medical certificates. However, HSKH reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse by requesting additional information regarding the reason for the cancellation. In accordance with the rules, HSKH may also deduct reasonable expenses from any refund. For more information, please visit our website.

Forgot to Return Your Competitor Bib?

Please return the bib as soon as possible. The replacement cost for an unreturned bib is €50.

What to bring

  • Any gift vouchers you intend to use for payment. If you forget to bring your vouchers, please be prepared to pay your entry fee on site and present proof of payment at the check-in desk.
  • Proof of payment if you have paid using an employee sports benefit.
  • Agility Record Book (available at the event for €4; payment by MobilePay or card).
  • Vaccination certificate and height measurement certificate.
  • Registration certificate or proof of ownership (required if this is the dog's first official measurement).
  • Protective pants for bitches in season.

At the competition venue

  • Please arrive in good time. Times highlighted in the schedule will not be brought forward, but subsequent courses will start as soon as possible after the previous course has finished.
  • Place your Agility Record Book in the box at the check-in desk and collect it from the same location once the results are available.
  • If your dog is eligible for a class upgrade, please inform the check-in desk whether you would like your dog to move up to the higher class during the competition day.
  • Collect the competitor bib corresponding to your number. Please return it immediately after your run to the bib return box at the check-in desk. The replacement cost for an unreturned bib is €50.
  • If needed, crates may be placed along the long side of the hall. Please be considerate of other competitors.
  • If you are competing with a bitch in season, she must wear protective pants while at the venue, and a red ribbon must be attached to her lead to indicate that she is in season. Please inform the ring steward or leash runner. The protective pants must be removed for the competition run. A separate start mat will be provided by the organizer.
  • A café will be available at the event. Payment by MobilePay or card only.
  • Please keep your dog on a lead at all times at and around the competition venue. Clean up after your dog.
  • Parking in front of the hall doors is prohibited. Please keep emergency access routes clear.
  • Please attend the competition only if you and your dog are in good health.

Measurement

Please arrive for measurement at the time indicated in the schedule and allow sufficient time beforehand for administrative procedures, including completing the Agility Record Book and microchip verification.

Please bring:

  • Proof of payment for the measurement fee
  • Your dog's registration certificate (or a copy)
  • Your Agility Record Book

If your dog does not yet have an Agility Record Book, one can be purchased before the measurement for €4. Payment can be made by MobilePay or card.

Dogs without a valid temporary or final height measurement certificate are not eligible to compete.

Only dogs that have been pre-registered for measurement will be measured at the competition venue. 

Prizes

Competitors placing 1st to 3rd will be awarded prizes. No separate prize-giving ceremony will be held during the competition.

At HSKH agility competitions:

  • In Grades 1 and 2, an HSKH rosette is awarded to all dogs achieving a result that qualifies for promotion to the next grade (LUVA or OIVA).
  • In Grade 3, certificate rosettes (SERT-A, SERT-H, SERT-G, SERT-S) are awarded to dogs that achieve a result qualifying towards an agility championship title.
  • Dogs achieving the requirements for the titles FI AGI CH, FI JUMP CH, FI AGI CH-G, or FI AGI CH-S will receive a championship rosette corresponding to the relevant discipline.

If you would like a Merit Diploma, please request one from the competition office.

Merit Rosettes
are available for purchase at the café for €10.

Rosettes earned at HSKH agility competitions can also be used as payment at the café, with a value of €2 each.

Please check your results at the competition venue from the official results lists and ensure that all entries in your Agility Record Book are correct.
